Scheduled mute windows (maintenance, known batch delays) are planned. Until then, acknowledge incidents in Watchdog and keep alert routing narrow.
Steps
1. Today
Use Watchdog acknowledgement and avoid over-subscribing channels during known batch windows.
2. When mutes ship
You will define quiet hours per workspace and optionally per monitor.
