Who we are

Vectornosis ("Vectornosis," "we," "us") operates vectornosis.com and related products including VectorData, Harbor, and AmericaOS. Contact: hello@vectornosis.com.

What we collect

• Optional Harbor institution data — when you choose to connect an institution, Plaid handles the institution login and provides Harbor with read-only account identifiers, balances, and transactions. Vectornosis stores an encrypted Plaid access token, never your bank username or password. You can revoke a connection in Harbor.
• Account & contact data — name, email, company, plan selection, and messages you send via contact, careers, or waitlist forms.
• Workspace configuration — monitored table identifiers, alert recipients, and preferences you store in the product.
• Monitoring metadata — freshness timestamps, job cost aggregates, and dbt run artifact summaries you upload or connect. We do not read row-level warehouse data. See Security.
• Optional AmericaOS matching profile — capability terms, NAICS codes, and preferred performance regions that a workspace administrator explicitly enters and authorizes for opportunity matching. Matching is off by default and does not use warehouse rows, query results, credentials, customer records, alert recipients, or private incident notes.
• Technical data — standard server logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) for security and reliability.

How we use information

• Provide and improve VectorData, Harbor, and related services
• Send product alerts you configure and transactional email
• Respond to contact, careers, press, and waitlist requests
• Bill and manage subscriptions when payment is enabled
• Protect the service against abuse and outages
• When explicitly enabled, compare an AmericaOS matching profile with official public-sector opportunity metadata

We do not sell personal information. We do not use your warehouse row data — we never receive it under our metadata-only model.

Sharing

We use processors that help us run the business (hosting, email delivery, payments when configured). They process data on our instructions. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

Retention & security

We retain account and monitoring metadata while your workspace is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, disputes, and legal requirements. Credentials you provide are encrypted at rest. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; see /security for the product access model.

Your choices

You can update alert recipients in the product, revoke warehouse credentials in Google Cloud, disable AmericaOS matching and revoke its consent in workspace settings, request deletion of account data by emailing hello@vectornosis.com, and unsubscribe from non-transactional email using the link in the message.

Children

Our services are for business users. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Material changes will be noted on this page.
