Agreement

By accessing vectornosis.com, the VectorData demo or app, waitlists, or paid services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you can bind that organization. Questions: hello@vectornosis.com.

The service

Vectornosis provides software and related services for data reliability (VectorData), demos, audits, and other products shown on the site. Features, plan limits, and pricing are described on /pricing. Some products are waitlist or beta and may change or end without notice.

Accounts & acceptable use

• Provide accurate contact and billing information
• Keep credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account
• Do not probe, abuse, or disrupt the service or other customers
• Do not upload unlawful content or credentials you are not authorized to share
• Use warehouse access only as documented (metadata / agreed scopes)

Customer data & warehouse access

You retain ownership of your data. For VectorData monitoring, you grant us permission to process the metadata and artifacts needed to provide the service, as described in Security and our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for configuring least-privilege credentials and for compliance with your own policies and laws.

Fees, audits, and trials

Paid plans and the Data Stack Health Audit ($1,500–$2,500) are charged as stated at purchase or in a written quote. Audit fees may be credited toward Managed or Premium as described on the pricing page. Unless otherwise agreed, subscriptions renew monthly. Demo and self-serve setup features may be free; paid features require a plan.

Intellectual property

The site, software, brand assets, and documentation are owned by Vectornosis or its licensors. You may use brand assets under the rules on /press. You may not reverse engineer the service except where law allows.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Monitoring reduces risk; it does not guarantee perfect detection or uninterrupted operation.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VECTORNOSIS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR $100 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID).

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, abuse, or non-payment. Provisions that by nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability limits) will survive.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts in San Mateo County, California have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after the updated date means you accept the changes. Material changes will be reflected by the date at the top of this page.
