Wei Zhang is CTO of Vectornosis. He owns systems architecture, infrastructure, and the security of a metadata-only warehouse product.
His focus is calm systems: freshness pipelines, dbt artifact ingest, monitoring workers, and BigQuery access that never reads customer rows.
Before Vectornosis, Wei built data infrastructure at Databricks and earlier worked on warehouse reliability tooling in the Bay Area.
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Santa Clara University, and a Master of Science in Computer Science from Santa Clara University.
