Ricky Sparks
Founder & CEO
Ricky Sparks is the founder and CEO of Vectornosis.
He founded the company in fall 2025 after years around data stacks where small teams made expensive decisions from numbers nobody was watching. He still writes the monitors and personally delivers every data stack health audit the company sells.
Prior to founding Vectornosis, Ricky was a data engineer at Course Hero, where he owned the data behind the company’s textbook solution catalog.
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from California State University, East Bay, and a Master of Science in Computer Science from California State University, Chico.
