Building Vectornosis in public

What is live, what is in labs, and how the company talks about software that already charges money.

Vectornosis working session in Redwood City
Vectornosis operates from Redwood City. The public story is the software that is actually on — not a waitlist dressed as a launch.

— Vectornosis is a software company in Redwood City. The flagship is VectorData: monitoring for BigQuery and dbt that tells a team when tables go stale, pipelines fail, or costs spike — without reading warehouse rows. Harbor is coming soon Fall 2026. AmericaOS is live alongside VectorData. Labs sit next to the paid line, labeled as labs.

This update is how we talk about that in public. Not a manifesto. A status.

What is on

VectorData’s command center is live at /app. You can watch a production-style run break in the browser and upload your own dbt run_results.json. Continuous BigQuery freshness monitoring ships on paid plans. Watchdog ranks what to fix first. Calm alerts group by root cause. Pricing is by plan: Managed starts at $999. Teams that want a working session first book a Data Stack Health Audit for $1,500–$2,500, credited toward Managed.

Harbor is the household finance product. AmericaOS matches opt-in public-sector opportunity using official sources. Both have their own homes on the site and their own logins. The company is a product family, not a single landing page.

What stays in labs

PlazaGPR is a playable browser beta — a local social plaza you can walk. VectorChat is a playable beta. VectorSites is in private development. Those are real projects. They are not VectorData. We will not market a waitlist as a finished product, and we will not put a lab on the same pricing page as a subscription that already bills.

“Trust is the scarce resource. The way you earn it is to let people break the product on purpose, then tell them the price.”

Ricky Jiménez Sparks, CEO of Vectornosis

How the flagship is sold

VectorData is the product we charge for as a subscription. You can see it break in the browser. You can book a paid audit if you want a working session on your stack. You can go to Managed from $999. That is a company conversation, not a waitlist conversation. Harbor opens Fall 2026. AmericaOS has its own door because it is its own product.

We publish this newsroom so the public story and the product story match. If a page says live, it opens. If a page says lab, it plays and it is labeled. If a page is pricing, it is the flagship. That sounds obvious. It is how you avoid spending a year explaining which screenshot was real.

Headquarters in the evening
Redwood City is the address. The products are on the web. The newsroom is the record.

What we will not preview as finished

A plaza you can walk is a lab. A chat you can open is a lab. A site builder in private development is a lab. They matter to the company. They do not get to borrow VectorData’s invoice or VectorData’s security page. Mixing those stories is how a serious product starts to sound like a pile of experiments.

If you want the live line, start at VectorData. If you want the family, start at /product. If you want interviews and brand files, start at /press. If you want what we are willing to say in public this month, you are already in the right place.

Open the VectorData demo. Book an audit if you want the working session. For interviews, boilerplate, and brand files, the press kit lives at /press. For everything the company is willing to say in public about the work, this newsroom is the record.
